The information we may collect about you if you interact with us on the Social Networks may include, but is not limited to, your name, user profile, age, preferences, choices and opinions about the subject matter of the relevant page, photos and other images and videos. Your interactions with us on the Social Networks may result in you submitting a photo or video of yourself to us (“your Image”). Please note that we will only use your Image or other personal information (outside of the terms of use or privacy policy of the relevant platform) after receiving your explicit consent.

 

If you want us to stop interacting with you on the Social Networks or using your data for the purposes described below, you can contact us at any time using the contact information below. Interacting with us (on the Sites, on the Social Networks or elsewhere) means that you agree to grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use your Image and Contributions for advertising and promotional purposes for Cadeaudalex and the goods and services offered by Cadeaudalex, including, but not limited to, for the purpose of securing your participation in the aforementioned promotional activities on any platform, for example (without limitation) on television, on the Social Networks, on our Sites, in print and on external advertising materials.
